About the Job
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that appropriately reflect.
- The requirements for the role in order to develop and implement successful talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- To find candidates, use a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications for the job. Coordinate and schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews.
- Run reference and background checks on chosen candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating pay and benefits packages.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Keep abreast on market developments and effective hiring techniques.
- Work together with the HR team to onboard new employees and make the move go well.
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a field that is comparable.
- A track record of finding and securing top talent; experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A high level of problem-solving and decision-making skills; and confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
