About the Job

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that appropriately reflect.
  • The requirements for the role in order to develop and implement successful talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • To find candidates, use a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications for the job. Coordinate and schedule candidate and hiring manager interviews.
  • Run reference and background checks on chosen candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating pay and benefits packages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep abreast on market developments and effective hiring techniques.
  • Work together with the HR team to onboard new employees and make the move go well.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a field that is comparable.
  • A track record of finding and securing top talent; experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A high level of problem-solving and decision-making skills; and confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
