Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the company’s real estate development projects.
- Oversee and manage the budget, the schedule, and the sales.
- Develop and create a project delivery strategy.
- Working on and researching real estate and property developments.
- Recognise and encourage opportunities for improvement.
- Doing strategic reviews and feasibility assessments for real estate.
- Conducting research on job opportunities and profitable investment locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- English proficiency in both written and spoken form.
- Complete awareness of the Waif program’s recording.
- Knowledge of project registration for the Ministry of Housing.
- The capacity to lead a team of employees and knowledge with real estate transfer procedures.
Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is often a significant advantage when working in Saudi Arabia. English proficiency may also be required, especially in international business roles.
Depending on the role, you may need specific technical skills or certifications. For example, IT positions may require knowledge of specific programming languages or software, while construction roles may require familiarity with construction techniques and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities, are often highly valued in any organization.
- 5-10 years of previous experience in real estate development in Saudi Arabia.
