National Medical Care Company was establish in 2003. As a closed joint stock company organized by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and a number of private shareholders. The company went public and registered on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in 2013, with the ticker symbol “CARE”. GOSI continues to hold a 35.1% stake in Care, making up a major investor. Our team is made up of 3,000 full-time health care providers, administrators, and support staff, who are dispersed in our two healthcare facilities and our main office, all of which have offices in Riyadh. About the job

The job in clinical psychologist is a member of the Department of Internal Medicine and shall provide psychological care to inpatients and outpatients with mental or psychological illnesses. Psychological tests and therapy sessions for patients referred from psychiatrist and other physicians (members of the Dept. of Medicine).

Psychologist shall be responsible for providing care to his/her patients (inpatients and outpatients) maintaining a high level of professional performance in accordance with:

  • Medical Ethics Professional Standards of Conduct.
  • Hospital Medical By-Laws.
  • Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health Laws.
  • And any other regulations that apply to comply with the department quality plan.

Qualifications Required

  • A Saudi Commission for Health Specialties-recognized specialist in clinical psychology with a bachelor’s degree from a university Bachelor Degree in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable higher qualifications in their field, if any.


  • Minimum of two (2) years in his/her specialty after obtaining Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Current valid license to practice clinical psychology.
  • Desirable Saudi Arabian psychology certification or registration with the Saudi Commission of Health Specialties.


  • Communication in spoken Arabic is require.
  • Skill in both spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in addition to good interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Be knowledgeable in using suitable computer applications.
