Job Requirements: Legal Manager

For our legal department, Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Legal Manager. As the company’s legal manager, you will be in charge of controlling all legal issues and make sure that all rules and laws are followed.

Qualification and experience

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other pertinent legal areas.
• Excellent comprehension of local and international legal frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing legal issues and providing sound legal advice.
• A capacity to draught, reviews, and negotiates a variety of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a legal manager or in a similar role.
• Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Expertise in legal research and keeping up with legal developments.
