1. Factory Worker

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain textile machinery, such as looms, knitting machines, and sewing machines.
• Perform quality checks on fabrics to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Cut, trim, and prepare fabrics for production according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine setting for optimal performance and quality output.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair to textile machinery as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of textile production processes and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
