ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- A Sous Chef should have several years of experience working in a professional kitchen, with a proven track records of managing and leading team of cooks.
- A Sous Chef should have strong leadership and management skills, and be able to motivate and direct the kitchen staff effectively.
- Should have a solid understanding of food safety regulations and be able to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
