About the job
For our information technology department, Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company are looking for a highly competent and qualified IT Risk, Change Management Lead. As the lead for IT risk and change management.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and follows taking into account “best practice,” improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Follow routine tasks related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Play a role in to the timely and accurate production of reports that meet with the needs, policies, and standards of the company.
IT Risk/Change Management
- Ensure doing IT risk/change assessment through analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the Company.
- Perform IT risk/change evaluation by evaluating previous handling of risks.
- Comparing potential risks with criteria set out such as costs and legal requirements.
- Risk/change management processes for IT should be planned and implemented.
- They should include an analysis of the impact on the Company when risks occur.
- Determine the level of IT risk the company is willing to take.
- Oversee the creation of an IT risk/change management budget.
- Participate in the creation of IT risk/change reports.
- Inform departments of the external risk posed by corporate governance.
- Conduct IT policy and compliance audits that involve communication with both internal and external auditors.
- Take part in IT risk/change awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company.
Self-Management
- Take ownership of own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means that go beyond just training.
- Understand the competencies pertinent to the role, and work towards displaying as well as achieving these competencies.

- Define performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager, and ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved throughout the year.
- Handle any other duties as required by the business.

Qualification and experience
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Audit.
- CIA, IT Risk Management Certificates or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT risk management strategies.
- Ability to lead and manage IT Risk assessments and audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
