The organisation is the owner of three hospitals: National Care Hospital, built in 1966, and Family Health Care Centre, which began operations in 2017. Riyadh Care Hospital was formerly known as (Social Insurance Hospital), and it began operations in 1990.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics receives outstanding medical care, compassion, and understanding through his actions, either directly or indirectly.
  • Puts together computers.
  • In charge of network installation, testing, and upkeep.
  • In charge of setting up and installing software on personal computers.
  • Under the supervision of the communication and network supervisor, you are in charge of network configuration and cabling.
  • Troubleshooting computer peripherals and hardware.
  • Undertakes extra duties and tasks in accordance by the manager of computer operations.
  • Support and troubleshoot Citrix systems.
  • Should be flexible to work across all NMC business areas.
  • fulfils present goals while putting the organisation in a position for expansion.
  • Carries out daily activities and assignments and handles a lot of work relating to the department’s operation.
  • Creates connections that depend on respect for others. Demonstrates a positive, helping attitude. Communicates clearly and effectively with coworkers, medical professionals, patients, visitors, and families.
  • Exceeds and meets the needs of both internal and external clients. Regarding performance quality, all organisational and departmental standards are met. Shows a strong commitment to keeping information private.
  • As directed, takes part in quality improvement programmes.
  • Extra duties and activities in accordance by superiors.

  • Help Desk Supervisor

Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum of two years diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking Technology from an IT institution.
  • Registration with SCE (Saudi council for Engineering).
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a large hospital setting in a similar job.

Competencies and skills:

  • Experienced at setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, network servers, printers, and scanners.
  • MS-WIN 2000 Server, 98, XP, network installation, and perhaps UTP category cable and maintenance experience is necessary.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s other products and operating systems.
  • Written and vocal English proficiency.
  • Displays outstanding interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Preferable is knowledge of the network environment.
  • Arabic language proficiency is desirable.
