About the job

At EF Alula in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced instructor to join our team. To establish a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere. EF teachers need to be upbeat and engaging people. You will be the ideal candidate if you are passionate about teaching and have a strong desire to assist students in exceeding their expectations. The ideal candidate will also have a university degree, a thorough understanding of language learning methods, and the capacity to design lesson plans that cater to the demands of a variety of student groups.

Responsibilities

• Create and provide engaging English language instruction to adult learners from a variety of backgrounds.
• Introduce the Efekta Learning System, which meets students’ needs in areas including grammar, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Classroom management, which includes punishing students and fostering a climate that promotes learning and interaction among students. Behavior.
• Evaluate and assess student progress, offering feedback and encouragement for development.
• Assisting and working together with coworkers to develop an atmosphere. Cohesive education.
• Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other opportunities for professional growth.
• Carry out further related tasks if necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree recommended; university degree or equivalent; fully fluent English speaker.
• A TEFL/TESOL certificate, ideally CELTA.
• IELTS proficiency is a strong asset.
• A minimum of two years of prior experience instructing adult non-native speakers of English in an ESL setting.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function well independently and in a collaborative environment under pressure.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly proactive, upbeat, and motivated.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills and a keen eye for detail.
