About the job
- Create and manage strategic strategies for good employee relations that are in line with the vision and objectives of the business.
- Perform analyses to identify the root causes affecting employee morale and develop workable solutions.
- Put into practise company guidelines and expectations for conduct, productivity, and attitudes, making sure they’re in line with the company’s goals.
- Keep a close eye on business and legal changes in order to be ready for adjustments to labour rules.
- Quickly and effectively addressing complex or important employee relations issues after completing an investigation.
- Encourage regular staff communication to maintain transparency and solve workplace issues quickly and efficiently.
- To reduce the risk of noncompliance, make sure labour rules and regulations is adhere to.
- Work together with management and staff to improve organisational effectiveness by ensuring that pertinent policies are widely understood and implemented.
- Taking part in or managing efforts that promote continuous growth.
- Partner with Legal as needed.
- Ensure procedural and policy compliance.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as directed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- Required Minimum of 12 years in a similar role.
- English -Fluent
- Arabic – Fluent
