About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage strategic strategies for good employee relations that are in line with the vision and objectives of the business.
  • Perform analyses to identify the root causes affecting employee morale and develop workable solutions.
  • Put into practise company guidelines and expectations for conduct, productivity, and attitudes, making sure they’re in line with the company’s goals.
  • Keep a close eye on business and legal changes in order to be ready for adjustments to labour rules.
  • Quickly and effectively addressing complex or important employee relations issues after completing an investigation.
  • Encourage regular staff communication to maintain transparency and solve workplace issues quickly and efficiently.
  • To reduce the risk of noncompliance, make sure labour rules and regulations is adhere to.
  • Work together with management and staff to improve organisational effectiveness by ensuring that pertinent policies are widely understood and implemented.
  • Taking part in or managing efforts that promote continuous growth.
  • Partner with Legal as needed.
  • Ensure procedural and policy compliance.
  • Performs other related duties and tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • Required Minimum of 12 years in a similar role.

Language:

  • English -Fluent
  • Arabic – Fluent
