Duties and Responsibilities

As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will initially include, but not be limit to:

  • Proactively seeking out and acquiring new clients in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, mainly for the business’s custom client solutions division. Including all stages of the sales process, such as prospecting, developing, and closing deals.
  • You will make money and gain knowledge of a rapidly expanding global company while frequently collaborating with well-known corporate clients. Rapid comprehension and familiarity with the entire product offering, the in-use booking systems, pricing guidelines, and fundamental sales concepts will needed for this.
  • In addition, qualifying and pursuing leads that AEE has received.
  • Participate in client meetings and cultivate business in AEE’s best interests.
  • Create and preserve a personal network with clients, both inside and outside of AEE, primarily at the senior executive level.
  • As a member of the AEE sales team, take part in defining and putting into practise ongoing process and practise improvements as well as helping to implement the worldwide strategic sales objectives.

Essential skills

  • University degree.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining client relationships that yield results.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong experience using consultative and relational selling techniques.
  • A track record of success in a proactive sales setting. A benefit comes from the executive education or training sector.
