About the job

Responsible for submission of invoices across all clients and following on collection of funds

Duties:

• Establishing and maintaining contact with customer end points to serve as the customer’s point of contact for billing and collection.
• Responsible for timely and effective billing across all client lists for a variety of services, as well as for checking up on invoices and resolving any problems.
• Accountable for ensuring prompt payment of funds.

Experience and Qualification:

• A minimum of a diploma and solid customer service experience.
• Have at least three years of experience in the corresponding sector, ideally oil and gas in Saudi Arabia.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a command of the English language.
