About the job

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine current account holders and their prior performance to collect the necessary data regarding the current situation.
• Depending on credit policies, reinstate or suspend accounts, make any modifications, and write off any outstanding balances.
• Assist in preparing credit/collection reports in compliance with accounting guidelines.
• Keep track of customer and product master files and create thorough reports about goods that customers have purchased.
• Respond to billing-related questions from customers (scheduled payments, pricing, quantity…. etc.)
• Use cash remittances by verifying and transferring money between nations for business reasons, usually through remittance agencies with authorization.
• Renegotiating the conditions of a loan arrangement and conducting a follow-up recovery workout to recover funds from a cancelled account.
• Maintains accurate Account Receivable Balance and performs monthly customer reconciliation for all channels (private, government, and agencies).

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience with the SAP ERP system.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.

Language:

• English – Proficient
• Arabic – knowledge
